How TANGUA handles personal data.
This notice describes how personal data may be processed when the TANGUA website is used and during business or other email communication with the company.
1. Data controller
The controller is TANGUA, a.s., Srbínská 867/4, 100 00 Prague 10 – Strašnice, Czech Republic, company ID 281 915 36. Questions concerning personal data may be sent to info@tanguagroup.com.
2. Data that may be processed
Email communication may include your name, position, company, email address, telephone number, message content and any other information you choose to provide. When the website is visited, operational systems may record technical data such as the IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, browser type and user device.
3. Email and business communication
The website does not contain a contact form or a public document-upload function. Contact is initiated through mailto links and ordinary email communication. The information provided is used to respond to an enquiry, consider a business opportunity, discuss possible cooperation and, where applicable, perform a related contract.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Data may be processed to respond to communications, take steps before entering into a contract, meet contractual and legal obligations, keep proportionate business records and protect our rights and website security. The legal basis may be pre-contractual steps or contract performance, compliance with a legal obligation, and legitimate interests in business communication, website operation and the protection of rights.
5. Retention periods
Data is retained only for as long as the relevant purpose requires. An ordinary business enquiry that does not lead to cooperation is generally retained for no longer than 3 years after communication ends, unless a longer period is necessary to protect legal rights. Data connected with contracts, accounting or legal obligations is retained for the periods required by applicable law. Technical logs are retained by the provider for a limited period necessary for operation and security.
6. Recipients and technical providers
To the extent necessary, data may be accessible to hosting, email and technical service providers that support the website and communications. Where analytics consent is given, Microsoft acts as the analytics service provider through Microsoft Clarity. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. TANGUA does not sell personal data.
7. Analytics, cookies and local storage
The website uses Microsoft Clarity only after analytics consent has been given. The service provides aggregated information about visits, traffic sources, visited pages, session duration, clicks, scrolling and website journeys, and can create reconstructions of user sessions. Sensitive content is masked by default. With consent, Clarity may store analytics cookies, in particular _clck and _clsk. The analytics script is not loaded without consent. The choice can be changed at any time through “Analytics settings”. The website also stores the selected language as tangua-language and the analytics decision as tangua-analytics-consent in local storage. Essential hosting systems may create server logs.
8. Retention of analytics data
According to Microsoft’s currently published rules, ordinary session playback data is retained for 30 days; aggregated click data, heatmaps and selected or labelled sessions may be retained for up to 9 months. Retention may be further limited by project settings or updated by the service provider.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of processing. Analytics consent can be withdrawn at any time through the website settings. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, request data portability. Requests may be sent to info@tanguagroup.com. We may take proportionate steps to verify your identity before responding.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 727/27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, email posta@uoou.gov.cz, data box qkbaa2n, website uoou.gov.cz.
